"In my opinion, there is no one rule for yoga in pregnancy. Each woman is unique, and so is each pregnancy. Women differ from each other in terms of their physical abilities, fitness levels, health conditions, genetic predispositions, and lifestyle. For this reason, awareness and intuition are the most important tools to use. Awareness helps you to make the best choices required in each individual moment, and intuition helps you to access the inner wisdom of your body.
