If you don’t have time for yoga or meditation, you don’t have time for yourself. If you continue pushing yourself for maximum productivity without taking rest and allowing your body-mind to re-charge, you will get sick - that’s a fact. Once you’re sick or in pain, your productivity and efficiency go down, and that’s when you don’t manage anything anymore.
